Magnetic Nanobiomaterials and Nanomedicine Laboratory

The magnetic nanomaterials and nanomedicine laboratory of northwestern university. This is a multi-disciplinary research team spanning chemistry, physics, biology, materials, medicine and other disciplines. The research field of the team mainly focuses on two aspects: 1. Design and synthesis of magnetic nanomaterials with high magnetic performance. 2. Magnetic nanomaterials mediated manipulation of molecular interaction and cell's function and fate as well as therapy of major diseases. At present, the team has 3 professors, 2 associate professors and 2 lecturers, including "100 people" from shaanxi province and 3 specially invited experts from shaanxi province. The team presided over 4 natural science fund projects and 5 provincial department projects. He has published more than 90 SCI papers, including more than 10 papers in JACS, Angew., AM, AFM, ACS NANO, NANO Letters and other internationally renowned journals. 11 patents have been applied and 4 patents have been authorized. The research group has established long-term cooperative relations with the third affiliated hospital of sun yat-sen university, the second west China hospital of sichuan university, the basic research institute of Peking union medical college, the military medical college, tsinghua university, southeast university, nankai university, the nanometer institute of the Chinese academy of sciences and other research institutes. In recent years, more than 10 doctoral students and 20 master's students have been trained.
